Shipping & Delivery

How your order reaches you, what it costs and how long it takes. The contractual detail is in the Terms; this is the practical version.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in Romania. You can also collect from the shop free of charge, which is usually the fastest option if you are nearby — choose it at checkout and we will tell you when your order is ready.

What it costs

Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing to work out. Collection from the shop is free.

Orders over 150,00 lei are delivered free.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and dispatched on working days. Anything ordered before the afternoon cut-off usually goes the same day; after it, the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are not working days for the courier.

Delivery times are estimates from the courier and not promises we can make on their behalf. We will email you as your order moves, and the status in your account is always the authoritative version.

Chilled and fresh items

Fresh and chilled goods are packed to stay cold in transit, but they still need somebody to receive them. Please make sure someone can take the delivery — we cannot leave food on a doorstep, and perishables may not survive a failed attempt and a second journey.

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or past its date, tell us straight away.

If something goes wrong

Start a return or report a problem from My account → Orders. Fresh items have a 48-hour window and everything else 14 days, both running from delivery.
